Here we go folks ENG Automotive Group is bringing to you a true classic 1958 Chevrolet Corvette. Believed to be and has all the signs of a fuel injected car for 1958, has the correct tachometer, holes in the front fenders, badging etc. Cannot verify for sure as no information regarding build sheet or date codes are available. Orginally a 283 cu.in car with a manual transmission that is not with this car. This car is believed to be 1 of 1500 built in 1958. To us it is, according to all indicators. Same owner for the past 30 years. Now powered by a stroked out 383 GM small block with Edelbrock high performance aluminum heads, full roller rockers, hooker long tube headers, dual Weber 4 barrel carburetors, a mild cam, full MSD ignition and distributor high torque starter, a "Be Cool" 4 core radiator with 16" electric fan. Comes with a 4 speed automatic transmission with a B&M ratchet shifter and a B&M shift kit and valve body inside. Transmission and engine were built approximately 3 years ago with very few miles driven since build. This car runs and drives very well. Car is tight. Comes with new tires and brakes. Exterior shows well for the age. Convertible top is like new. All chrome is intact with very minor wear. Interior shows well with only minor wear. No signs of any major body repairs or accident repairs. These vehicle are becoming extremely very rare, expensive and hard to find in this condition. This car is 8 out of 10. Needs very little TLC or for the hard core aficionado an excellent base for a full restoration. Being sold Certified.
