1952 Ford COE (cab over engine) F6 flatbed w/stake sides pickup truck. Runs and drives. It needs a restoration, but it is further along than most and a very nice place to start. Have clear title. This was intended to be a father/son project truck, but we just don't have the free time to take it on anymore. It's got a clean gas tank, new fuel lines, new fuel pump, rebuilt carburetor, new spark plugs, new battery, a few other new parts to get it running, and the brakes work perfectly. It starts right up and sounds great, but you definitely wouldn't want to drive it home. We've driven it around the neighborhood, but wouldn't dare stray too far. It would need to be towed away. It needs some going through to be a reliable driver, or you can take the cab off and put it on something more modern. All the parts are there, and you can still buy most parts. It has very little rust, only a small spot on each front fender and a couple of spots on the back of the cab. It's been a Colorado truck since day 1, and it's dry here. The front right body panel missing in the photo is not missing, we just had it taken off that day. Overall it's in great condition for the age. What it needs, at minimum: Electrical - The wiring is all easy to access, but the insulation is turning to dust and coming off all of it. It needs replaced/gone through. Something drains the battery quickly, and I think it's a short. Glass/weather stripping - The windows are mostly there, but some are broken. Upholstery - The seats have been stripped, and need reupholstered Body work/Paint - There's not a ton of body work required. Just very minor rust and a few small dings here and there. It's solid. Engine - Once you've got the electrical sorted out, the engine should fire right up every time. We have to keep it on the charger otherwise the battery drains and it won't start. With a charged battery it starts right up. It sounds great at idle, but could probably use a timing adjustment. That should give you every dimension and weight.
