PICK-UP:

SHIPPING :
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

BUYERS INSPECTION :

NON-PAYING BIDDER:
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
Fee and Tax Information: REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:
A $100 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, temporary tag and courier costs.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS : In addition to the price of the vehicle, sales tax and tag / registration fee is applied to the final price of the vehicle.If you are a FLORIDA RESIDENT you have to pay a sales tax and TAG / REGISTRARION. Sales tax usually in FLORIDA between %6 to %7 (County Rates Apply)and New Tag Cost around $450.00 and transfer Tag Cost around $200.00. Dealer fee is all included in the final price at the auction. No extra dealer fees will be charged after final price.
NON-FLORIDA RESIDENTS will not pay Sales Tax if you are SHIPPING the vehicle. If you are planning to drive from Florida to your home state you still have to pay SALES TAX. We will give you a paperwork shows that you already paid sales tax.You still have register the vehicle in your state along with the paperwork. Also we will give you TEMPORARY LICENCE PLATE to drive off the lot.
