Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE what you have here is a very good solid point for your next Mustang (or first mustang) restomod, shelby clone or eleanor. It is a very original very solid car needing a light restoration. VIN 7T02C 7 -1967 Mustang T -Metchucen, NJ assembly plant 02 -Fastback body style C -289 2 barrell endine. Options besides being a fastback on this car factory are the V8 option Auto matic transmission Power steering Exterior decor option package Wire wheel covers. This car was originally Color code I which is lvy Green Metallic. This was one of the most popular colors in the day and one of 2 colors that made a comback when Ford gave the latest generation mustangs the retro look, calling it in the 2006 *(or so editions) legend lime. This car does require some work but it currently is a nice original timepiece, it runs (perfectly) it sounds great *(original single exhaust) , the transmission shifts just fine and the brakes work as they should. The car was sitting some so lately we have the car running with a fuel source under the hood so the newly professionally rebuilt 2100 2v original carburetor does not get any rust or dirt in it. Certainly if you want to drive this car as it is I would recommend at least strongly blowing out the fuel lines and replacing the gas tank and sending unit ect. I looked for things missing or bad and this is what I can say the upper rear fastback quarter moldings are not there (and I cant imagine why) but my father just ordered a set for me and they should be here in a couple days. Other than that the car is mostly all there, and only missing things like door panels, carpet, ect. The car should get new quarter skins and just a going over all around. The right front fender was replaced with a used reproduction fender that is rust free. Critiqueing the rest of the car the trunk lid is so so./I do have a much better blue 1967 fastback trunk lid I would give along with the deal. Also the hood has rust on the underside leading edge. I think you can buy these brand new repro for less than 200. I wanted to build something of an eleanor so I do have a fiberglass hood I would entertain selling to the winning bidder for a reasonable fee. I paid nearly 500 for it and a trip to Ct. Trust me this car is not junk like you typically see on line as a project car. front frame rails, shock towers and frame rails are all very solid./Im not saying perfect but nothing has any compromises. I believe a once in a long time oportunity. I am selling because I am going off to college in a month and wont have time to give the car the attention it deserves. Please call me at 201 783 2186 with any questions and I will get back to you asap, I don’t check ebay often. Thanks Anthony
