Up for auction is an original condition 1973 Suzuki Gt750. This bike has been ridden sparingly the last 10 years, only 1000 miles or so. Previous to that it was ridden regularly. It is in pretty good condition for being a 40 year old bike. It starts right up of the electric start or kick start (usually first kick). It runs and drives surprisingly well for being original. Doesn't look like the engine has been rebuilt but I couldn't say for sure. I have been riding it around town for a little bit and it fast! The only things currently not working on the bike is the right turn signals. The signals are not original and should be replaced. I would replace the tires as well. It has a fresh battery and uni filters on it (sorry no airbox). The tank is super straight and pretty clean on the inside. The paint is pretty faded on the tank but it has a nice patina to it. The chrome is in pretty good shape. Some light surface rust in a few places but all in all it is pretty decent. The only real rust is on the left underside of the seat frame. The pipes are in good shape. All four end cones are present. There are a couple of dents on the right side outer pipe (look at the photo). There is some road rash on the headlight bezel and tach bezel. The right side side cover has a large crack as you can see in the photos. The left side is not cracked at all. This would make a great daily driver as is with a little tlc, or a pretty easy restoration. If it were me I would completely go through the bike before riding any serious miles. Either way it is a great survivor. I'll be sad to see it go but I need the room in my workshop. It has a clear Ohio title and also comes with some spares and a workshop manual.
