You are bidding on a numbers matching 1957 Chevy Nomad The car is a real time capsule and has the patina that everyone seems to want.. I have owned two other Nomads and I must say this one is interesting.. It has no power steering, no power brakes and no tinted glass.. Being that Nomads were the second most expensive cars next to the Convertible, it seems odd.. Special order?? The front windshield has two Dinks in it without any spidering All the side glass is good..It has the normal look for its age. The curved glass is in great shape with no cracks as well. The lift gate glass is fine with some scratches.. The car is RUSTY.. It is a east coast car.. I had it listed the car before and gave it an honest description. with pictures. I will do the same again.. The floor will need to be replaced as well as the spare tire sheet metal.. The Lift gate will need work.. The 1/4 panels will need work. The drivers side more than the passengers side..The fenders have the normal bottom rot as well as the drivers door.. Passenger door is in good shape..The frame seems to be surface rust and does not seem to be rusted through.. I have turned the Motor over but, have not started it.. The engine is a powerpack motor with a powerglide transmission.. I have put “power” to the car and the lights work as well as the turn signal.. The Drivers left headlight is out.. But they are both T3’s We bought the car with the intentions of restoring it… Just cannot do the project now.. NADA Blue Book is over 92K in #1 Condition 37K at low retail..
