Reluctantly selling my 1987 Mustang LX Convertible 5.0. Since I bought it in 2003, I have not driven it much-realize it's time to let it go. Car originally came from Georgia. Since '03 I have installed a new windshield, radiator fan, belt tensioner, power steering unit, heater core, battery, clutch, rear end with posi/gears 3:76, Ford Racing Starter, Short shifter Hurst, has an adjustable manual clutch cable, flow free cats and flowmaster.1 chamber mufflers (sounds awesome), and new set of 4 tires (one size larger). I always used full synthetic oil. Came with Alpine radio/CD with amp (have original radio), new speakers in back. Air conditioning never worked, never used air so not sure if compressor is bad or not. Past owner replaced or repaired passenger front fender- looks good. Interior is overall good condition. On a scale from 1-10, I would rate this car a 7. Plus manuals and extras. Car drives great. If you want, please come inspect it before you bid. Advertised locally.
