Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1970 Dodge Challenger. This is a rolling body shell only. Ideal for drag race car, Hot Rod, Pro Street, Pro Touring or restoration. There is no engine or transmission. There is no interior. There is no windshield or back glass. The dash pad is missing and the V.I.N. tag that was attached to the dash is not included with the car. The V.I.N. number that is stamped on the top of the radiator support is present and it does match the number that is on the fender tag. There are no front fenders, front bumper or grille. There are no taillights. If you do not see it in the pictures, it is not included with the car. Again, this is a rolling body shell only. It does include a hood, trunk lid and both doors. The car needs a complete restoration. It will need rust repair to the floors, rear frame rails, trunk pan, cowl area, etc. The original quarter panels have some rust, but in my opinion, can be saved. If you would like to inspect the car before bidding, please contact me to make arrangements. This car has an Illinois Salvage title, in my name. Please check with your state's requirements before you bid on this car. After completion of the auction, I require a $250 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours, and the balance to be paid in cash or U.S. Post Office Money Orders within 7 days. This car is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. I will be glad to help you or your shipper with the loading of this vehicle. Car must be picked up within a reasonable amount of time from close of auction. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid. Thank you and good luck bidding.
