1996 Chevy Cavalier 2 Door Coupe Great Mileage & Great Condition 33 MPG Highway This was my company car from 1996-1998. At that point, I bought it for my father in law who was retired and drove it sparingly. So the maintenance has been taken care of by us since it was new. He is no longer driving and we don't have anyone that needs a good used car. It runs great, as it has been well maintained. This would make a great first car for a teenager, a college student or someone needing dependable transportation to and from work. This car is in excellent mechanical condition. I have had it in my driveway the last two weeks and there has not been any fluid/oil spots in the driveway. Interior is clean and has no issues. Air conditioning is cold and the heat is hot. Paint is very good. Tires are good, see pic of treasds. I would say they have 60-70% wear left. Issues: Some rust spots (see pics) drivers side rust spot is about 6" x 2" rusted through 2", the passenger side has a 3" spot that has a hole in it. Someone handy could repair these spots easily. There is a small section of the front winshield in the upper passenger side corner that the tinting has bubbled, but is not in the line of side and the glass is fine and not affected.
