i have owned this 1977 chev malibu classic for almost 26 years. after driving it for 5 years i pulled it off the road and put in a very nicely built 400 small block that has the pete jackson gear drive and a lot of other goodies.the motor has about 2000 miles since rebuild.this also has a 4:11 posi rear end 10 bolt but also comes with the factory rear end. i then took it to a body shop and had the body redone with full quarter panels and new fenders. when it was all done i got married and never drove it. soooo it sat stored inside for almost 20 years, the front suspension needs work, i replaced the right front ball joints and that was as far as i got. this does run and it goes into gear but it is not road ready. this must be trailered away. the front pump seal on the trans leaks from sitting and it does have a small exhaust leak.the pass side floorboard has a hole the size of a baseball and the pass door has rust starting to come through. there is also some rust around the landau top.this car can be driven onto a trailer.the frame is very solid also. i am attempting to put a link to youtube http://youtu.be/mTGflG4ioz0 if it doesnt work you can see it under 1977 chevrolet malibu
