I purchased this 1978 Honda Hondamatic 400 as a parts/project bike about 10 years ago. For those that are not aware, this is a two speed automatic motorcycle made by Honda from 1978-1983. It is very rare. It was running when I purchased it, but life got in the way of working on it. Now I just want it out of my garage and need the room for kids bicycles etc... The gas in the carbs went bad, the battery is dead, the tires are flat, and I have not attempted to try crank it in about 5 years. I have the two chrome mufflers and cross over pipe that goes with this bike. It has been in the back of my garage all of this time, so it has not aged too badly. If you are working on another Hondamatic 400, the engine and transmission definitely are good because I drove this bike into my garage, (without the pipes which I purchased separately). There is no title with this bike, it is being sold for parts only. Bike is for pick up only in Bethpage, Long Island, NY.
