Vehicle Detail
This is a rare find. Up for auction is a 1965 mustang fastback with a 289 and a 3 speed on the floor. This car has great potential and would be a fantastic restoration candidate or do a few things to it and drive as is. Such as the carburetor could use work but car runs fine. Before bidding feel free to give me a call at 716-572-7986 if you have any questions will try to answer them the best I can. This car is a rare piece of the American muscle car era. Unfortunately I bought this car with the intention of fixing it up however I just don't have the time to do so. I need to sell to get something already finished, Happy bidding no reserve. We Reserve the right to stop action for local sale this car has current registration in my name which is transferable (see pic). Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipment. Car is sold used and as is.video clip on youtube.com New: Front disk brakes conversion kit Hood Valence Front bumper Flow tech headers Champion aluminum radiator Alternator Voltage regulator Carpet Fuel sending unit Fuel pump Battery and cables Hoses window trim Trunk mat And others items not mentioned. On Jun-23-13 at 12:31:36 PDT, seller added the following information: Also, the car does not have body tags/door tags but has all the vin numbers present. Also, I have been receiving questions about the condition of the mustang. I would like to reiterate this is a PROJECT CAR. You will not simply be able to buy it and get it inspected, but could do so with a little bit of work. In order for it to pass inspection it will need new tires, the electrical system would need work. The alternator and voltage regulator are new but do not appear to be hooked up right (will attempt to fix before sale of car). Also some of the lights are not working. As for the body of the car it appears to be solid, the floors have been patched, but were not professional done. As for the rest of the body panels everything is solid enough to drive as is or would be workable if you decide to restore the vehicle. The car has rear fender flares, the original fenders are still underneath them. In my opinion, the pictures and video of the vehicle make the car look a little better than it is, so please take this into consideration. Once again, do not be afraid to call me, my name is Steve, and my number is 716-572-7986. Also, could not put any more pictures on eBay but can send them to you via eBay messages if you are looking for anything specific. I need to sell this car, no reserve, happy bidding, and thank you.
