The truck was used in the oil and gas industry in Nevada. It has been used, but is not beat to heck and it has a sparing 41k miles. The rig runs strong, drives easy, it's been serviced and needs nothing to get right to work. If you're looking for a strong service rig and don't want to spend a fortune, this is a great choice and really a good buy. exterior This rig was used for work. It's in very presentable shape, just not new. There's a variety of different vehicle uses in oil and gas. As for condition, I've seen everything from '200k miles and brand new' to 'hard to believe they killed it in 20k miles.' That being said, this truck is used but not abused. It's a hard to find 450 V10 cab and chassis with 9 feet rear of cab to rear axle. Currently it has a flatbed setup with a cabinet on the drivers side. It is tow ready, but I don't think it's been used to tow much. The cab looks decent, doors open and close fine, and it hasn't been painted on except us touching up the lower rockers behind the tires that were chipped up. The history reports read clean, no accidents. The windshield is free of cracks, and there's no rust or hail. It has a couple little nicks, mostly on the drivers side. The bed is ding'd and marked, paint has been touched up and it looks decent. The inside of the cabinet is a little rusty at the bottom. The wheels have a few marks and scrapes, but again, touched up and look fine. The tires have good tread all the way around and aren't cupped. They're a little pitted from the dirt roads though. It's not a gravel quarry truck. The photos document it well. interior The interior is in good shape. The upholstery looks fine, doors, headliner, flooring all pretty fair. It has a few little holes in the lower dash, probably from a CB. The air blows cold and stereo works. It's a basic package, not much to break. mechanical This pickup fires easy and idles smooth. The motor sounds good and it doesn't smoke, rattle, or feel tired to any extent. There's no skip or miss and no check engine light. The truck drives straight, shifts easy, 4x4 works fine and there's no odd noises or drivability issues. It has been under fleet maintenance and in regularly. We've bought a ton of trucks from this outfit and consistently have good luck. The truck is a stiff ride and should be. These things are designed for hard work. We did change the oil, filter, and did a tune-up, has new plugs. The belt is fine, fluids all full, nothing burnt or needing attention soon. The truck is dirty underneath, but not leaking any fluids. The tires, again, a little aggressive, but fine for the job. You're welcome to fly in and drive the truck home anywhere. comments This is a tough truck and a good buy.
