If you are looking for a very clean and rust free classic Firebird, this may be a great candidate. This car is very nice looking with the newer finish, custom American Racing Wheels, Falken tires and rear louvres. The deep metallic Firethorn red color is really cool, aside from a chip on the lower front right corner and lower rear right corner you can see in the photos, there are no dings, dents or scratches anywhere on the car, hardly even a stone chip. Glass is nice, crystal clear all the way around with no tint. Tires are excellent all the way around with 80% tread life remaining and they are wrapped around newer five spoked American Racing Wheels that are in excellent shape as well. The interior is overall really nice as all the seats are as new, carpets are new, console is nice and while the dash is all there it does have a few blemishes. The headliner is also intact, showing a little shrinkage around the T-tops. door panels are also in great condition. You will also notice the full set of newer 'Firebird' crested deep pile capreted floor mats in the front and rear. There is no stereo and I decided not to throw one in as I'm sure you have your own taste in audio systems so it would be a waste to throw a 99.00 CD player in there for the sake of filling the hole. The car has nice, cold A/C and the speedometer works but I cannot attest to the accuracy of the other gauges. Also, the signal lights do not seem to blink in the dash. Mechanically, this car is VERY strong, aside from the park pin sometimes not grabbing (just set the e-brake) it runs and drives very well. The engine is absolutely awesome, it sounds as if it has very few miles on it, very responsive 350 4bbl, incredible sound through the long tube headers and full custom exhaust. The transmission shifts very nicely and does not lag or bump hard into gear, the car is alot of fun to drive. I took a few photos of the undercarriage, these pictures do not do it justice, it appears dirty but up close you can see this undercarriage has been thoroughly cleaned and redone in the last few years, newer gas tank, newer shocks, newer exhaust and headers and it's 100% rust free, a quick pressure wash and it would look freshly restored. There are a few extra parts, some electrical stuff in the glove box, an extra under-hood pad, a full sized Firebird 'honeycomb' alloy wheel, some extra lugs and a 4 way tire wrench. The mileage reads 55700 but due to the age it will be sold as exempt. This car may need a few minor tweaks but it has had a lot of money spent in it's recent history and with a rust free southern t-top with a fresh and fast power-plant, newer interior components and a cool custom look with cold A/C, there is a lot of value here, don't miss it.....this is a solid southern Firebird.
