Up for bid in this auction is a 1949 Ford Custom project car, or for parts or ratrod, welcome to the second listing of Skyline Delivery Sales. This car is from the J.W. Silveira Collection of Oakland, CA. This '49 has been sitting in a dry barn from about 1969 until recently, and ran when it was parked, and needs a complete restoration, or part it out. I checked and the engine turns over, a few parts turned up missing in storage, including the radiator, fan assembly, generator, parking lights and a few others. This car seems to have no rust, and would make an excellent donor car for a woodie wagon project, or a ratrod, or lead sled, the chassis and body appear to be in good shape, interior shot, floors solid. Car is located in Oakland, CA., is not running and will require a flatbed towtruck or a trailer to haul away. Low starting bid and a low reserve.
