This Caprice Classic has a 460LE Transmission with the high performance kit installed for those times that you need to get a way! Additionally, we upgraded the motor to 5.7 L (3.50 cu in) LT1 V8 (the same engine in the 1992 - 1995 Corvette). This engine was tested in the Corvette to have an average top end speeds of 170 MPH to 200 MPH. This engine was totally rebuilt and is ready to zoom zoom zoooom. The average time starting from 0 - 60 MPH is 5.0 seconds (Something to Rival About). This vehicle may need some minor repairs on the inside like the door knobs, shampooing the carpet installing a good stereo system or just having it painted the color you want it; however, other than that it is in excellent shape and ready to drive you back home from anywhere you have to go period. We also installed all new belts, water pumps, radiator, radiator hoses, heating coil all the small stuff that creeps up from time to time when your on a budget and your trying to install new components at the same time. Sorry, you will not have that problem here! We upgraded the vehicle totally while working offshore on an oil rig. I am currently not employed and need the extra money so feel free ask any questions that you may have.
