This was a one owner low mileage 52 stored in the sixties. My son has owned it for 2 1/2 years and it just turned over 60000. Cab is virtually rust free with really nice floorpan, perfect firewall, unmolested dash, nice fitting doors, and new windshield. Rust free bed with useable original wood floor, but now has plywood overlay as my son had it covered with traffic signs. Six or seven minor rust spots in fenders and running boards as shown in pictures, all are easy fix. Two years ago we installed an early model rebuilt mercury 239 C.I. flathead with an old school Edelbrock super dual intake, 2 new Edelbrock 94 carbs, new edelbrock heads, mild cam with adjustable lifters, mallory electronic ignition, chrome GM 12V one wire alternator, electric fan, headers, and Auburn clutch. Runs and drives excellent. Under carriage is basically rust free and brake system is 100% new from master cylinder, lines, and hoses and all 4 wheel components. Has new reversed eye springs front and rear and all new shocks. Front axle and steering mechanics very good condition. Rubber is very good on 15 inch wheels. You won't find a better daily driver in this price range as it sits, but it wouldn't take much to finish it the way you want.
