For Sale custom built 1955 Ford F100. The truck is a short box "shot bed" and a custom built flat bed with vintage stake side box was custom installed. This truck was Custom Built from the ground up!  It was built to drive and enjoy and this truck drives and handles outstanding! It was also built to drive to the local car shows and win Trophy's and has WON many! People love this truck and so should the new owner. Body removed from frame when restored. Frame cleaned and detailed very nice no rust!  Then a 1979 Chevy Nova " Full front end clip was installed under it. The front end was laser lined and jig when installed to the original 1955 Ford frame rails. This truck drives out and handles outstanding! It rides, handles and drives like a car and not an old truck. Truck has alot of custom options that make it drive like a newer car or truck. Power front Disc brakes and "full front independent suspension" so it rides nice and stops great. Truck will stop straight ! no wheel pull or lane drift . One of the best driving classics on this planet!  I love the classic body style of the early mid 50 round fender Fords pick ups. But not a big fan of the older ford running gear or suspension back in 1955. So everything under it was changed over to fresh H.P. Chevrolet running gear. The Motor, Transmission and the rear end all new or rebuilt Chevrolet. Making it a true street rod /vintage classic hot rod. The motor in the truck was installed fresh total rebuild under 900 driven miles ago. Motor is a 30 over build using the "good early 1970 era"  350 cubic inch block. Motor is the good  4 BOLT MAIN block and built to "350 HP" specs. ( a very nice and strong running motor ) Sounds outstanding = SEE VIDEO! Built by machine and performance of So. Oregon for me for this truck. The motor was fitted into the Chevy Nova sub frame like a glove = SEE PHOTOS. Motor fitted and dressed for show it has a aluminum intake - 4 bbl carb with elect choke - Headers with dual exhaust , Chrome 100 amp alt, Aluminum corvette valve covers - polished stainless belt pulleys - New vintage AIR - R134 A/C unit with chrome compressor under the hood .  The A/C in this truck blows "30 deg" in the cab " NICE and COLD " for sure. The motor bay is detailed = you can eat off of it! The inside cab of truck was also finished very nice it was DYNAMATT sound deadener. = SEE PHOTOS. The radiator is the big four core and also rebuilt at the same time new motor was installed 900 miles ago. Truck was build to drive and enjoy as it should be. This is a turn key ready to go and enjoy classic as it sit's for sale today. Two elect cooling fans and a hard mount flex fan keeps it running nice and cool at all times. It gets 110 and 120 deg in the desert - so it must run cool at all times with the A/C on!  No heat issue - No leaks under this truck. You can park this truck inside your house on the carpet if you see fit = No leaks!  This 1955 was built to look vintage cool and be One of One and not like all others you see. You won't find another 1955 Ford like it on this planet!  My son did the custom 66 door logos for me with speed shop logo on doors hand painted not a cheep decal. SEE PHOTOS.  This vintage Logo on the doors will fit any owner, just a very cool classic vintage "hand painted" logo on the door's. The truck was painted raven gloss black in 2010 when the restoration started and truck has been driven on nice weather days only. The Paint is still very nice looking and has a very high gloss wet look shine. This truck was built to drive and enjoy and trophy at car shows. Truck was built to be reliable and drive in town as well as long interstate road trips out of town. If truck was any cleaner or nicer you would not want to drive it and get it dirty!  Truck is garaged kept in a Heated - A/C garage. New custom dash gauge cluster in cab , New heat A/C unit also installed from" Vintage Air" and the A/C blows 29 deg in the cab. Chrome tach on dash with shift light. The cab dash also custom pin striped in blue same as truck keeping with the vintage hot rod look. New sound system with new speakers two 6 by 9 in door and two 4 inch in over head pod and it sounds great! The truck also has hands free PHONE in stereo like a new car. New door locks, Tinted side and rear window glass - not the film "real tinted glass". New front window glass and rubber, New ford headliner, New chrome wipers , New bench seat inside, New window felt , New wood in bed and new wood side rails custom made for this truck = Look outstanding SEE PHOTOS. New mud flaps, New side tool storage boxed both side's of bed with locks. New wiring and fuse box installed. New led brake and marker light, Class three trailer hitch custom built in rear behind lic plate. New chrome lower door inserts. Both Gas tanks also installed new! Very nice it has 29 total gas of gas for long road trips if needed and the rear gas tank looks vintage cool also. It also has a vintage 2 gal moon recovery tank on the front of truck -SEE PHOTOS it is used for radiator over flow. I am 59 years and have owned and built many vintage classic hot rods and street rods over the past 35 years and this one was done old school build to look vintage late 1950 early 60 and built to have a vintage hot rod service truck look. Truck looks mid 50 correct - But truck was updated to drive and enjoy like a newer car or truck. Truck fitted with Power Disc brakes - Power Steering -. Turbo 350 Automatic transmission, B@M floor shift box . Chevy 10 bolt rear end fitted with 270 butt gears and track bars, It can run the Interstate or Highways all day long at freeway speeds. That's rare !  Then to top it off  new A/C " AIR"  that works outstanding. It's the best of many worlds. You get the older classic 1955 Ford classic round fender with performance Chevy running gear and then it rides and drives like a newer car. This is a done classic - Not a project in the works like most of them you will find.  NO RUST - NO ROT - NO LEAKS - Truck detailed very nice - frame detailed nice  = SEE PHOTOS !  Runs outstanding - drives outstanding - handles outstanding - brakes straight and looks awesome. Again I am in my late 50 so I can still say awesome. I have nothing to hide and most sellers will ask 40,000 plus for a truck not as nice overall as this one. The reserve selling price was set very low for the truck it is and the options it has on it. Truck is titled and reg "current" in my name. Current plates and yes titled as a 1955 Ford Pick up, because that what it is! No smog required due to age of vehicle. Again nothing to hide it is a very nice truck and buyer welcomed to inspect in person - drive it - have it inspected before the end of auction. Clean title to buyer in my name when paid in full. I had the truck at my home in Oregon and truck was restored in Oregon. Truck is at my " Las Vegas Nevada" home today and can be picked up in person or transported to you from Las Vegas Nevada.
