Vehicle Detail

1996 CELEBRATION EDITION SO DESIGNATED AS THE LAST OF THE CARS BUILT IN THE UK BEFORE FORD TOOK OVER The car has all the power options, a multi-disc CD, optional rear seat, power roof, burled walnut trim on the dash, console and wooden steering wheel. The top is insulated, the trunk is fully carpeted, including the convertible top boot in the storage bag located in the boot (see photo). I bought the car in southern Virginia where it was only driven in the summer, there is no rust in the car. I flew down and picked up the car, driving it some 750 miles home in NH...what a delight. The car performed flawlessly, cruised at 70 mph, was comfortable and a shear delight to drive home. The car has since been serviced with oil and filter changed as well as tuned replacing spark plugs, etc., and all that was required. I would not hesitate to drive this wonderful car cross country...it is that reliable and secure. There are a few nicks and scratches but nothing to deter from the beauty of the original car. This is to be expected, but overall it is very desireable. If you have any questions, please send me an email. If you want any specific pictures not shown, let me know that and I'll either send them to your email address or add them to this site.On May-12-13 at 18:20:07 PDT, seller added the following information: 1996 CELEBRATION EDITIONSO DESIGNATED AS THE LAST OF THE XJS'sBUILT IN THE UK AFTER FORD TOOK OVER The car has all the power options, a multi-disc CD, optional rear seat, power roof, burled walnut trim on the dash, console and wooden steering wheel.
