These vans are becoming increasingly difficult to find. They get decent fuel economy, they're easy to drive, good in the snow, and they simply don't break. This one has a 2 owner history and hasn't seen road salt. It's used, not perfect, but it hasn't been abused, and it really runs/drives well. The van has nice tires, good racks inside, everything works, and it's priced inexpensively. It has a new fuel pump, serpentine belt and front brakes. If you need a good little all season service van this is an excellent choice. exterior The paint and body on this Astro are in decent shape. It's not an award winner, but it's fine for work and not beat up. The wheels look fine and tires all have nice deep tread. There's no cracks in the glass, doors all open and close fine, and there's no rust or obvious body damage. It does have a blue stripe down both sides painted with some decal fade. We buffed it out since the photos and it came up a lot better, will post more photos as soon as we have some sunshine. The left front fender had a dent that our PDR guy popped out as best as possible, lighting lenses a bit chipped just below. The grille is faded, left rear 1/4 panel had a crease as well mostly popped out, van has some light normal road wear and miscellaneous marks and nicks. White really doesn't show the wear, and for a 13 year old service van, it's just fine. interior The cabin is clean and well kept. It doesn't reek of smoke. The upholstery is fine, no obvious worn areas, just a little normal wear and tear. The van is simple, not much to break. What is there works fine, air blows cold. The cargo space is super clean, hasn't seen heavy use by any means. The floor and racks all look good. mechanical This van fires right up and idles smooth. There's no warning lights illuminated on the dash, nor were there when it came in. The motor is quiet and holds good oil pressure. The van drives straight, shifts easy, and feels very solid overall. We changed the oil, filter, and a noisy pulley. Along with that we did the serpentine belt and a brand new fuel pump because the one that was in it made a little noise. The trans fluid is red and doesn't smell burnt, front brakes are new, rear brake pad life is fine, no wet leaks either. The van basically came in bone dry underneath. I can see nothing else that will need attention any time soon, it's a good rig. comments This is a neat van and a rare find. We guarantee original miles and clean title.
