My mother and father purchased this car brand new in 1951 and this was the car that I and my brothers and sister grew up in. Dad took really good care of it until he passed away in 1983. Mom asked us to put it in the barn behind the farmhouse where it has been sheltered all these years. She's now 91 and sold the farm to my sister and her husband, and then my mom moved into an assisted living home. I know she misses dad and his automobile. The vehicle appears to be very restorable and we have very fond memories of it (especially the third seat in the back where I sat when I was 5 years old.
