Our mechanic used liquid weld to seal it to provide a strong permanent leak free bond. We purchased a Liquidvac (fluid removal system), which is included in this sale, for future oil changes. The system is used by vacuuming the old oil out through the engine dipstick tube. This procedure is easily performed within seconds!!
