1949 International KB 2 Pick Up Truck , Green Diamond Flatead 6 cyl. Body pretty solid-much older restoration,everything appears to be original. Minimal rust. Stored by previous owner for 8+ years. The brake system-Replaced master cylinder,all wheel cylinders rebuilt and two front brake hoses, still needs adjustment - low pedal. Engine runs no knocking/tapping noise,no smoke,Carb had been rebuilt,ran great until a few months ago,now leaking,will crank up,then shut off, will not idle,new fuel pump and custom fuel tank 3/16 steel,sealed with new aftermarket fuel sending unit with matching guage (guage not installed). Needs headliner,floor mat,two (easy to get to) freeze plugs replaced,lower radiator hose (cracked from age) the brakes adjusted and fine tuning to be daily driver. Turns heads everywhere,real attention grabber. I have only driven it in my neighborhood, tires appear new and hold air, but are severely dry rotted,drivers window cracked-but its flat glass and easy to replace. My intention was to put the body on a chevy s-10 4x4 chassis (used 600-1500) and add turbo for a International Syclone Rat rod--the truck is just too original and cannot bring myself to do it- also- too many other projects. Truck will need to be transported.Local pick up.
