1971 Renault R16. In storage and last registered for the road in 1986. Removed from storage and completed the following: completely went thru brake system including rebuilt brake booster. Valve job, rebuilt carb, all new hoses and belts, new battery, new voltage reg., cleaned the gas tank and relined it, replaced the fuel lines. The previous owner repainted the car. It looks good from 10 feet but up close it has flaws. If I were going to keep it I would paint it. It was originally a cream color. There is a patch in the drivers floor that looks to be done well. Also replaced the resinator and the muffler. The muffler is not the correct one but it works. The car now runs and shifts good. The interior is pretty nice except for the panels on the back of the front seats are warped a bit. I was planning on keeping the car but I have too many and I am out of room. Have the spare tire, I took it out for the pictures
