As far as he knows everything works as it should. He never got around to using it to its full potential, it was mainly used to transport an elderly family member. There are two small rust spots below the windshield (one has been repaired). Also, two cracks in the rear bumper. Normal wear for an 18 year old vehicle. Tires are good with normal wear.
