Up for sale is a nice 2000 Lexus LX 470. It has under 100K miles and runs perfect! Please read below: I purchased this vehicle several years ago to replace my wife's 2000 LandCruiser (same vehicle) that we bought new in '00, and she drove it 150,000 miles. The build quality was so excellent on our LandCruiser we decided to replace it with the same vehicle but with lower miles and reset the clock if you will. I acquired this SUV off eBay with 55,000 miles from an individual in Ohio. I immediately upgraded the stock wheels to a new set of '08 18 inch Toyota takeoffs. The tires were just replaced 2 months ago and are practically brand new. 2 weeks ago had new brake rotors installed. There was nothing wrong with the old rotors, I had purchased them years ago for our LandCruiser when it developed what I thought were warped rotors. It turned out they were able to turn the old ones, and we sold the LandCruiser before I put them on. I had them installed on the Lexus a couple weeks ago. This vehicle has never had a tow hitch on it, so it's had a pretty easy life. Like our Landcruiser before, this vehicle has no rattles or squeaks when it drives and steers straight down the road. Has always run synthetic oil in motor. Being a 13 year old vehicle it is not showroom perfect, but as you can see in the pics it has a super straight body free of door dings with bright factory paint and only normal wear and tear visible. The windshield in the SUV was broken by a gravel truck a year ago, and the glass is scheduled to be replaced before auction end, so expect a new perfect windshield! Super low miles for it's age, new tires, brake pads, Rotors, and windshield. Runs great and has a premium ride! A small area of rust has developed on the rear liftgate. The previous seller did not disclose this me and I was not happy. It is starting to create a visible bubble, and the situation - while visibly annoying, has not yet affected structural integrity of the liftgate to the point it has to be dealt with immediately, but I want to be honest in advance that it's there and it will not improve with age.. You can repair the rust if you choose. I had planned to acquire a used liftgate and have it installed but have been unable to locate one. That puts you into this car for as low as $13K with the issue fixed, and that's a bargain! This vehicle stickered for $63K when new, and it still looks and performs like a much newer vehicle. The stereo currently has a CD stuck in it and wont eject it, but the radio works fine. I had no desire to fix that since we live in a digital world, and there is a aux input to run your ipod or smartphone into it. The antenna for the radio got broke off in a car wash and it will need a new mast for better radio reception. It has a removable weather tech liner installed in the rear cargo area.
