I bought this Porsche 944 Turbo a few months ago to build a race car. I decided to go with a 944 NA instead and now the Turbo must go. It was being used as a once-a-while tracking car by the previous owner. The AC was removed and a AC delete bracket installed. The compression is very good on all cylinders and everything is working perfectly in the car. I drove it around on the track and the suspension is sorted out reasonably well. The transmission is flawless. The engine pull strong and the turbo is working perfectly. The turbo boost can be adjusted with a Lindsey racing manual control and the car feature a Lindsey racing breathing tank. The exhaust is a cat delete configuration.  The exterior is in rough shape and a repaint will be needed if you're not going to use as a track car. The interior is ok for a track car or a daily driver. The sun roof is leaking so I used some red tape around the gap for the time being. The gasket is dry but probably the reason for the leak is a blocked drain. Either way you want to take care of this. The rear seal of the exhaust side balance is leaking oil. The exhaust shields are loosen and will need to be removed and welded or just replaced.  All in all a good candidate for a track car or restoration.  I'm posting a video of the car on youtube http://youtu.be/gG4adQay4oU. It should be available in a little while.  The odometer isn't working but since some people asked the mileage 114,029 miles. The belts and water pump appear to be relatively new. That is all I know about the past history of the car.  The power steering was transformed on a manual steering rack. I'm including with the car the parts from a 1987 I used to build myself a racing car.
