this is a 1964 vespa motorcycle in very good condiiton.this has been stored for 4 years in garage and starts on starter fluid , then runs well.needs clutch handle.no leaks, trans is ok, brakes oktires like new but whitewalls delaminating.battery low, all lights work. paint excellent with no dents this was left in garage as rent payment and i have bill of sale to them. i guarantee ownership
