The power commander on this bike makes a huge difference in fueling - it really cleans up the throttle response / hesitation. And the Pilot 3s have plenty of tread and are outstanding in all conditions, and especially the wet. I'm not sure there is anything else that you would want to do to the bike. Had the HD headlight on it, but it was not reliable (many dealers stopped selling them for the CANbus), so we put back the standard assembly (with Philips bulbs, which have been rated as the brightest H7s available). Note that the tech spec tank grips are completely removable with no residue; they are great for stabilizing the body on the bike and protecting the paint. All the work has been done at Bob's BMW - including several oil changes. There's synthetic oil in the bike now. The sport panniers have never been used, and are keyed to the bike. I've built the bike to keep it, but I have two bikes and it's not being ridden enough. I am also listing it locally. If you want a well-loved, well-cared-for, loaded K13 - this might be the one.
