2007 BMW 3- series with premium, cold weather packages. One owner, non- smoker. Car has full BMW factory maintenance and BMW gold mechanical warranties until 4/22/2013, or 100,000 miles. Because of full warranties, car has had excellent service and repair, all by BMW. New tires 6 months ago. Car will undergo computer mandated service next week prior to end of auction. The warranties can be transferred- the maintenance goes with the car, and the mechanical can also be transferred, but given that both will expire in a few weeks, the buyer may make their own choice. This is a NO RESERVE auction. I have a new 3- series coming in a few weeks, so this car goes to the highest bidder above the start price of $12,000.00.So I do not get a lot of questions, the car had one accident several years ago, involving a rock slide on an interstate, which involved the right front tire/suspension. All the damage was completely repaired by BMW and Alpine body- which is the BMW certified body shop, and the car has no problems with driving, alignment, etc. There are a few minor dings, interior wear, etc, but the car is in overall excellent condition. It will be detailed as well this week.Car can be picked up at the end of auction in Utah. Car will not be shipped
