High bidder gets to take this classic home. Good luck! This is a 49 year old car, selling it in as-is condition. The car runs, drives and stops. New exhaust sounds great. Here’s a list of the good, bad and extra parts. The Good: Clean California title. Current registration. Plates good through 5/2013 Brakes were professionally adjusted last month, great stopping power. 260 or 289 V8, not sure Summit Racing 4 barrel carb FMX transmission Newer distributor, wires, spark plugs Rebuilt starter Newer belts and hoses Brand new battery American Racing Torq Thrust wheels with new tires, still have the rubber whiskers on them -Have all the caps and hex screws, just not on 2 of the wheels Complete exterior trim – in very good condition. Just missing hood ornament Left front fender trim comes with car, not installed All glass in excellent shape Interior in good condition: bench seats, door panels. Headliner is nice, just a little faded on the rear pillars. New transmission fluid New rear axle seals Replaced transmission pan & gasket New modulator New glass pack mufflers – nice sound, not obnoxious loud. New coolant recovery bottle Extra parts: Original steering wheel 2 new Seatbelts New door lock & ignition key set Window crank removal tool Window crank spring & clips The Bad: The glove compartment vibrates at freeway speeds, but I’ve had it up to 70mph. Dash plastic is complete but has some cracks. Glove compartment doesn’t open. Front end feels loose, needs new bushings. Horn doesn’t work Dashpad is in bad shape Driver’s side key lock doesn’t work, I don’t want to force it - have new ones Missing some part of the emergency brake cable assembly. Part of it is new. However, the car does NOT roll when it’s in park. Bumpers are not straight. Front right corner is pushed in, see photos. The front bumper will need to be pulled out an inch or so on the left front before the grill will fit back in. The grill is a little banged up, not attached. Car does come with grill and the hard to find headlight rings. Headlight rings are in excellent condition. Mostly straight body with a couple dents on driver side doors, left rear roof, front left corner on the hood. The driver’s side window crank doesn’t work, have some replacement parts. The window slides up and down freely. Missing the lock to the trunk, the trunk latch works. It open and closes just fine. It is driveable right now! Car has current registration and plates. Clean title and pink slip in hand. All lights and turn signals work.
