This Corvette is a dream to drive. It's the last year of the C5 production, and the best. It has all available options except mag ride. The heads up display is amazing. The art work was done by Mike Lavalee and gets allot of attention. The art work is in a ghosting form and hard to see unless you are near the car. I've had new Michelin PS2 RF tires installed. Much better than the Goodyears. The engine was removed and new forged pistons, rods, cam, push tubes, comp. damper, balanced and head work done by C&D machine. A Vortech supercharger was also installed and the engine produces around 600HP. The engine work was completed in March of 2012 and has about 2K miles on it. It still maintains 30 plus MPG on the freeway. The trans was inspected and will handle this HP. They said if it has 700 plus the trans mods would have to be done, and if you want to constantly race, then I would suggest that. I am a cruiser, not a racer, but I know this car will hit over 190 MPH. Software & tune was done by CarbConnection and speed limit was lifted. It does have a Borla exhaust and sounds great. I did enter it in a show and shine and out of over 30 cars in my class, it came in 2nd place. I have invested a ton of money into this car, but need to sell because of health issues. But I love this car and it will be missed. It's a fair weather car and always garaged. If there is anything else you would like to know please don't hesitate to ask.
