2004 Toyota Matrix XR 1.8 Litre engine, Auto Trans, ps/pb/pw/pl/ac/cruise control. Rare color (factory yellow, with tinted windows), alloy rims. Less than 104,100 miles ( we still use it for our grocery runs etc. during selling it). 3rd owner, first owner used as a trade in to a car dealership in Texas, we bought it from the Texas dealership, no rust under doors etc. Very peppy and sporty car! We call it the "Bee Car" notice its little "stinger" antenna on the back hahaha. "Float like a butterfly, sting like a ...Beeeeeeee" Of course its also a gas sipper, 34 +/- MPG's (varies due to the fun with your gas foot :) ). 2 bad things on it: look at the picture of the radio, the buttons are losing their plastic coating, but the radio still works awesome, we don't use it. Second, look at pic of rear hatch open and notice cover is missing on interior, we don't remember how that happened and cannot find the cover, these are small items, you can get a radio from a salvage yard, cheap along with the plastic cover. Only reason we are selling is to get a truck for farming duties etc. and we don't use the car that much. Again, very nice gas saving car, I highly recommend interested people research the value of the car before bidding. We reserve the right to end auction at any time, car is for sale locally also. On Mar-05-13 at 08:21:28 PST, seller added the following information: I can meet buyer at the air port in either Marquette or Green Bay/Appleton WI (to fly into Green Bay would probably be the cheapest option for you, because you would have to switch flights to fly into Marquette from Green Bay anyways) if you are flying in, and we can complete the sale at the airport so that the buyer can begin driving back to your destination right from the airport. Please make sure you secure insurance on the vehicle, I wont be held responsible for any accidents, should they occur, driving to the airport to meet you at the airport, buy will be responsible to pay for gas to drive it to airport, I will drive the minimum speed limit to save you money, I am old and in no hurry. I am willing to drive it as a convenience. If you want me to drive it to the airport, you must let me know. On Mar-07-13 at 06:48:43 PST, seller added the following information: If you drive a suv/truck/car that only gets 20 mpg's for 50 miles to work (100 round trip) and compare the fuel costs/savings against the toyota matrix which gets 34 mpg, the savings alone on gas for 3 years would pay for the car if you bought it at $6000 based on fuel costs of $ 3.80 gal. Just imagine in the above scenario, if fuel cost rise to $ 4.25, big big savings. Please note: I am tired of all the idiots who contact me and offer $2,000 - $4,000 for this car! Kelly Blue Book value is $7400 and Nada is $8900. If you were to buy this car, you would have to pay insurance based on the book value of the car, some insurance companies use Nada for book value and some use Kelly Blue Book. In any case, you pay car insurance based on Private party value (KBB) or Clean Retail (Nada) so that when you get into an accident, if the car is a total loss, the insurance reimburses you for the value of the car based on KBB or NADA. Do some research before you bid!! Don't contact me with your sob stories, I dont want to see them, If you cannot afford the car, don't offer/bid. Money talks - bullcrap walks.
