I have a very clean one-year only 1983 Honda CB1100F Super Sport superbike for sale. 8k original miles. Original paint is unfaded and very nice except for various nicks and scratches on the tank as shown in the pictures. Genuine Honda factory sport kit - RARE indeed, includes lower handlebars and rear sets. All original bike except for some tasty upgrades including Mikuni carbs, Vance & Hines filter pods, rear shocks, and ignition system (I do not have the original parts). Bike has OEM exhaust, original seat, and original mirrors, grips, turn signals, etc Bike runs very strong.... exceptionally fast... it's the last year of Honda's big air-cooled inline engines. Carbs have a burble at low end.... currently the bike runs best with a little choke applied. No engine noises. Absolutely no smoke even when started cold after sitting for extended periods of time. This is due to the low mileage engine that has been well maintained. Fresh oil and filter. Brand new Yuasa sealed maintenance free battery. Bike will need fork seals and a clean up of the front brakes (sticky). Black chrome finish has some light pitting on the exhaust pipes and grab rails. Original bodywork has no cracks anywhere. Side covers have all their tabs. No cracks on the tail section. Seat has no rips, no tears, no separations in the vinyl. Tank has a dent up front near the steering stem (see specific picture). Tank also has several chips on the stamped edges, and a few here and there on top. Front cowl has a minor scrape on the top right (see specific picture). The gauge lens has a small crack and some tape residue near the 8,000 rpm mark on the tach (see specific picture). The mounts for the rear turn signals have been removed by the previous owner (corrected by obtaining a used tail light bracket with turn signal mounts), however, the turn signals are in excellent condition and are included with the bike. Bike also has a set of very cool Marzocchi adjustable rear shocks and high performance ignition system. There you have it.... a low mileage original CB1100F with the rare sport kit option, Mikuni carbs and Marzocchi shocks. Bike is sold AS IS. Clean title.
