Vehicle Detail
Hello and thank you for viewing my auction. Please read everything! I have taken a good amount of time to describe my van. Up for auction is a 2001 Toyota Sienna LE. My wife and I have owned this vehicle for the past two years, and it has been great! We’ve driven to and from PA, MI, IN, KY several times and it has a very nice ride and power going through the mountains. Due to having a larger than expected tax refund, we are upgrading our primary family vehicle. However, we need to sell this one first. There haven’t been many problems w/ it. Mechanically, the van runs good and it shifts smoothly in my opinion. The exterior of the van does have some marks from other cars opening their doors. The paint isn’t perfect, but there is no loss of clear coat that I can see. I don’t see any rust either. The only issue on the interior that I am aware of is the front two speakers on the doors sound crackly when there is any bass. They were like that when I bought the van, and I never bothered replacing them. There are also a couple crayon marks on the front passenger seat. There may be more marks here and there on the carpet too. I believe someone had spilled some coffee on the floor. We purchased this van from another local family. When we bought it, I put new front brakes—rotors and pads, new Michelins—with 4 wheel alignment, and basically just oil changes. The tires have a lot of tread wear left. Please see the pictures. I had the timing belt done recently also, so that part is taken care of. The van currently has 163943 miles on it and that may go up slightly throughout the auction/sale. This van has started every time for us. The battery is good. The A/C and heat work as well. Here are some of the van’s key features: · Power sliding passenger door · Low tire pressure sensors · ABS · CD/tape deck · Cruise control · Vent/temp controls in the rear · Privacy glass · Keyless entry--I think we have two keys for the van that will be included--one remote · Power windows—they all work I believe that we have taken care of the van fairly well while owning it. I even waxed it this past summer. Some of the excess wax may show in some of the pictures—my apologies. It cleans up well. We also cleaned the carpets this past summer. I believe that every option works on the vehicle. We have two young children and they have plenty of room w/ their car seats in the middle row. We are non-smokers. There is no sign of smoke ever in the vehicle that I can notice. Well, if you can think of any questions about the van, ask before the auction ends. I have to state that the van is being sold ‘as-is’. I hate to say that, but there is no way for me to offer any warranties; being a private seller. Also, be aware that this is a used vehicle. I also hate to say that, but some people expect way too much for a used car… Please take a look at all of the pictures of the van. I can provide more upon request. I put a modest reserve on this vehicle, since I want to sell it fairly quickly. The reserve price is below KBB for condition and mileage. The winner of this auction/sale is to pay via Paypal (Paypal only for the deposit) a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the ending time and date. The deposit is mandatory; no exceptions sorry. This is to ensure that the person is willing to follow through w/ the sale. I’ve had people try to weasel their way out of winning auctions before. I know… shocking right? ;) The remainder of the balance is due in cash the day of pick-up. I will work w/ any shippers as long as the cash is in my hands before loading the vehicle. The vehicle is to be picked up no later than 7 days after the auction ends. Once the auction ends, the winning bidder is to contact me on how and when they are going to pick up the van, and we will exchange information. If you are out of state, please make sure you know what it takes to title/license/register it to your state. I can help w/ directions to license bureaus and title agencies in our area if requested. I also may or may not accept offers to end the auction early. Please bid if you have 5 or more feedbacks on your ebay account. Thank you and good luck!
