1966 in San Jose, never left california its entire life. First Off let me tell you that I'm NOT a mustang guy, or even a ford guy, but I AM a car guy. My wife always wanted a mustang (she was born in 64) Being a car guy I know the history of the Falcon and how the Mustang came to be. To say the least I'm unimpressed by american cars from this era, but that's what she wanted. i figured since all she cared about was it first that everything else could changed....A buddy of mine found this vehicle in an unusual storage yard in San Diego, where cars were NOT being dismantled, but just stored and shipped overseas.....The car is EXACTLY as I recieved it. I was planning a modular engine conversion, a pinto (oops, mustang II front suspension), rear IRS, and a fastback conversion, so this car was PERFECT.......That was about 5 years ago.......fast forward to today, and 4 spine surgeries later, the car has done nothing but collect dust in my garage.....Since my spine is perminately screwed up, this car will never get completed, along with a few other projects I have, so its needs to go to another home as I plan to move soon. I do NOT have a title, but I will provide a bill of sale, car was last registered in CA in 1994..... If I had to guess I'd say the car was "restored" in the late 80's, as it was originaly a pale yellow color. Other than some HORRIBLE repair work on the rear roof pillars (C-pillars) the metal is in very good shape and appears to me mostly original, as fenders are yellow inside, and front innner fenders/spring towers have matching numbers on them. ONLY rust (other than roof) is a little under the rear seat on the passanger side, all suspension points and rockers look GREAT. The door gaps are great, and both doors close perfectly. Several parts are included and some new and old sheet metal as pictured. Obviously it doesn't roll as there is no front suspension. NOTHING has been modified, so it could go back to stock, or it could be brought upto semi-modern standards. feel free to come see it, test drives are welcome, but you may need to bring LOTS of friend to push hard. I can transport it for you within 500miles of my house (wildomar, ca. 92595, southern california if paid in full first...
