Description 1962 Austin – Healey Sebring 5000 Kit, manufactured by Classic Roadsters in Fargo, North Dakota. This is the leading and oldest company in the replica business today; they specialize in Sebrings and Cobras. The Sebring mechanically is really a Cobra in disguise, sharing the same chassis and many other performance parts. The only real difference is the Sebring has a full convertible top and roll up side glass windows, creating an all weather, all year usable car. As you can read below, it has plenty of power under the hood. This “SCREAMER” is titled as a 1962 Austin Healey. It has always been garaged and covered (included). The car’s paint is in really good condition with the exception of a few small rock chips here and there. The left rear bumper is slightly pushed in and will need to be taken off and sent to a good chrome plater to be straightened and chromed. The engine’s sound with the cam and side pipes installed really turns heads. The engine runs great. The car comes with the original assembly manual from Classic Roadsters, LTD, Fargo, ND. The battery has a cover that matches the carpet (not shown). There is also a car alarm installed. The horn does not work at this time. Sorry but the License Plates do not come with the car and need to go back to DMV.
