Also, when purchasing a used vehicle please note we do NOT service, change, or replace general wear and tear items unless noted in the auction. Here are some examples of such issues: Engine oil & other fluids Tires and tire rotations wheel alignments belts brakes and rotors hub bearings wiper blades motor mounts and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible. Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag. The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us. A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end. A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. The Jeep Wrangler made its debut in 1987 and has been an all American favorite since and has been minimally modified over the years! The TJ’s (04 Wrangler’s engine code) are a great example of American Ingenuity.

With a practically indestructible, 190HP 4.0L Inline-6, engine the Wrangler is a prime choice for the road! Rubicon’s are a slightly higher model of the Wrangler class. Remember “It’s a Jeep thing” and only a Jeep lover can understand what it is to have this amazing vehicle at such a good price!

There are only 96,524 miles on this vehicle.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to read over the entire auction and ask any questions about the vehicle prior to bidding. All sales are final. General upkeep such as Oil Changes, Alignment, Fluid Changes, Tire Rotations, Brake Replacement and all other General Maintence is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.

A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. We will do our personal best to show you every fault we find with the car but some things might go unseen to us.

We do NOT accept returns on any vehicles (Unless otherwise stated in the auction). You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions prior to bidding. We also suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area). We do my best to post everything we know about the vehicles we sell. If there is something unclear, please ASK rather than assume! We will always do my best to clear everything up prior to a sale!

Also, when purchasing a used vehicle please note we do NOT service, change, or replace general wear and tear items unless noted in the auction. Here are some examples of such issues:

Fee and Tax Information:

A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag.

The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ONLY accept a deposit via Paypal. The remaining balance can be made by: Cash on delivery (CoD), Certified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer. Paypal is NOT acceptable to pay the entire balance.
