Vehicle Detail

Selling my 2000 TA Firehawk. Real hawk # 263, not a clone. 18,6XX miles. White on black with a 6-speed. No engine modifications, no suspension modifications. Original wheels with new rubber (1500 mi old). Even has the rare spoiler option. New optima battery in September, K&N filter. LS7 clutch was put in when the slave cylinder for the transmission was replaced (common problem). Had a MGW shifter installed at that time along with a C6 shift knob. Just needs a new driver, I have put 6K miles on it in 2 years. All original paperwork, window stickers, portfolio, receipts, 1 extra wheel + tire, keychains, keys, new Firehawk cover + used cover, and more included. Has an i-pod hookup and i'm even including the i-pod. Highway driven with a BRA that goes with the car. There is a 7~mm ish size nick on the top of the passenger side door sill. 2 minor rock nicks on the hood. The driver side trunk speaker is blown and disconnected. There is wiring in there for sound system if you wish to add one. The accident on the carfax was a Wrangler that rolled into me at a light in MD ripping the bumper cover and cracking both tail lights. The bumper cover and tail lights required replacing. The bumper support/crash panel did not need to be replaced as there was no damage to it. The Wrangler did not damage the decklid or spoiler. Dumb bastard just rolled into me while i was stopped. There is no delamination of the sail panel. I had the drivers door edge touched up as there were a few small chips from the previous owner that really bugged me. Please don't call with $5000 offers, i will just hang up on you. Only reason for sale is i am trying to buy a house. I have owned 7 F-bodies over the last 13 years and they are a ton of fun to drive, and easy/cheap to work on. Adult driven, never tracked or abused. I managed 28.8 mpg on highway going to Ocean Citys Cruisin Weekend last year with her. I don't need any boats, jetskis, motorcycles or an airstream. Selling a house? That i will consider for trade ;-) Test drives, not joy rides, are welcome, please show up with a valid license otherwise I am driving. She qualifies for collectors insurance since only 741 were made ($300 a year w/ Hagerty-American Collectors). Title in hand in my name, not a flood car, garage kept, not driven in rain. She's up by Wagner & St. Johns college. John @ 718-702 six seven six six anytime in the evening EST. Car is sold as is where is, please come look before you buy. I have tried to be as honest as possible and have no problem with picture requests. My feedback should speak for itself. On Feb-05-13 at 17:23:20 PST, seller added the following information: Just wanted to add a little in, thanks for all the questions! The door panels are cracked. I have never seen one not cracked. I only have 3 of the original center caps. SLP caps are on the car now. I have the original shift knob and shifter that come with the car. The Knob is chewed up from the pipe wrench i had to use to get it off. The previous owner epoxied the damn thing on. CLEAR TITLEOn Feb-06-13 at 01:16:50 PST, seller added the following information: In response to eddies question about any chrome peel on the wheels, no there isn't any. Once the wheels started peeling and bubbling i had them taken to a shop, stripped down and polished to a mirror shine. Looks almost as good as the chrome, without having to worry about future peeling and bubbling like these all did. Hit it with a buffball/polish tip for a drill and some blue magic polish compound they look brand new every time. On Feb-11-13 at 10:55:52 PST, seller added the following information: RESERVE IS WAY LESS THAN B.I.N.!l
