Vehicle Detail
Body is prittie good-has black rustoleum primer. Bed floor is good. I traded for this truck recently and due to other projects around here I am working I am going to sell it like it is. The 327 Motor runs good-has a Holley 4 barrel Carburator, headers and 350 automatic transmission. It was originally a straight shift and pedals still there. The people I traded with had just put this motor in and did not completely finish up. It needs the following items: 1. Radiator Shroud 2. Needs gauges hooked up 3. Windshield has crack in it. 4. Door handle won't open from outside-passenger 5. Drivers door needs handle for inside 6. Small area of rust on passenger side floor and passenger rocker. 7. Grill is rough but ok for a beater truck. No bumpers . Truck was orgianlly red. This is a good truck to take to the next level. I Can deliver for $1.00 per mile-do not want to go over 200 miles. Alabama does not have Title on trucks this old. I will give you a bill of Sale I will be listing more parts soon. I'm near Montgomery Ala. Has a New Brake Mastercylinder on and rear wheel brake cylinder. Previous owner upgraded front brakes-Disk brakes pads and rotors look new. Shoes look good. Rear shocks look fairley new. Rear end is a 12 bolt positive traction rear end. Bolt pattern is 5 on 5 with 15" Chevy Truck SS rims. Just put new plugs, changed the fuel filter and set the timing. It runs much better. Pictures should show-rust on rocker under passanger door, and inner fender is rusted from where the battery sits. The carburator is going to need built soon. For some reason there is no choke on the carb so motor needs to be warmed up before you can drive it. Also the center caps need a different lug nut on them for rubbers covers to grip to. Previous owner had put some kind of tape on them and they won't tighten up. I just have the rear covers sitting on the front seat. This old truck is ready for the next level-but a prittie solid old truck to start with. If you have any questions your welcome to call Pat Callahan 334-514-0268 .
