It was suppose to be an original 67,000 mile car, that had never been wrecked and did not have any rust. As it turns out the gas tank leaked and was full of rust, it had been wrecked in the front right fender and the fender had been replaced already, the tires where bald, and the engine has a slight rattle at high rpm (told it was broken flex plate on rear of engine). I have brought the car home, had it painted (body work not so great, paint is pretty good), put new seat covers on front seats, new gas tank and sending units, and also installed bf goodrich T/A Radials all the way around, and have driven the car a few hundred miles since then. I have new chrome tips for the exhaust that have not been put on, also new rubber seals for the trunk not yet put on. I have installed front new shocks and had it aligned, but not installed rear shocks, but have bought them. I have also installed brand new pioneer stereo cd player with 3 way speakers. The car needs a smaller carb. currently has a 750 cfm on a 318 motor. It does have aluminum intake and headers, but do not believe it has the piston or camshaft to handle 750cfm, as it seems to flood easily. It has a 727 transmission which shifts great, and 8 3/4 rear-end. The interior of the car is an 8 - as the dash has some cracks, and needs wiper switch in dash, the speedometer and temperature gage do not work, but other gages do work. It has new front carpet and front seat covers, but it will need new head liner, as it has been sewn together to keep from sagging. All the glass is there, and the windows roll up and down. BUT ALL THE PIECES ARE THERE The exterior of the car is an 8 - as there were a few small rust spots, and appears to been wrecked on the right front and now has a new front fender but still shows some signs on the inner fender well and the few small rust areas at lower edges of the car have been sanded down and repaired. The trunk and floor pans are solid. THIS IS NO RUST BUCKET AND IS ALL THERE. THIS IS A 39 YEAR OLD CAR. DO NOT PLAN ON COMING 650 MILES AND DRIVING IT HOME. BUT YOU CAN HAVE IT HAULED/TOWED HOME AND DRIVE AROUND TOWN WHILE YOU FINISH THE CAR. THIS IS NOT A SHOW CAR, BUT IT IS DRIVABLE RIGHT NOW. THE ENGINE WILL NEED ATTENTION, BUT I HAVE BEEN DRIVING IT A FEW HUNDRED MILES. I also do not know about the rattle in the motor, I am no mechanic. I have driven the car like it is and it has gotten worse. You can start the car and do not hear anything, but when you give the engine gas to a higher RPM you can here the noise out of the bottem/back of the motor. It sounds great and runs good and I have been driving the car, but fear the engine may be on its last leg, again I was told the engine had only 10K miles on it but the guy I bought the car from has lied about so much?? You can certainly drive it up on a trailer, but I will not make any promises about it - THE CAR IS SOLD AS-WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY. Please do not bid on this car with intentions of coming to pick it apart, it is exactly what you see in the video and exactly what I have told you in writing and with current pictures; do not bid if you have expectations of a show car ready to drive home, I will not lie to you like some people here on Ebay. Again I bought this car from a guy who sells old Mopars here on Ebay and has a really nice Cuda in his garage, so I believe him to be a rip off. Be careful if you'r looking to buy anything Mopar out of Tarpon Springs, Fla. He did have a Barracuda on here a few days ago; hope you know more than him, cause he will lie to you. I have tried to clean it up and give accurate information, so please if you know something I dont just forward the information and I will include it in the listing.
