It is a one owner vehicle and I have service records on the Carfax that show the vehicle being serviced regularly starting at 84 thousand miles. Obviously the vehicle was serviced before this time but that is just when Carfax starts showing a service history. The Carfax on this vehicle is clean and shows that the vehicle has not been wrecked according to the Carfax. The exterior of the vehicle is Pewter/tan in color and the paint and body are in remarkable shape. The hood does have a couple small dings in it on the front edge, and these are clearly shown in the pictures. The 17 inch OEM GMC wheels are in excellent condition. The tires have between 30% and 40% tread life left in them, and will not need replacing anytime soon. The interior of the vehicle is very comfortable, clean, and offers a large amount of space for a family. The leather seats appear to be in remarkable shape with no obvious signs or wear. The carpet is very clean with a few minor spots on it in the front driver and passenger side floor boards. The Yukon offers the third row seating that is great for kids and can easily be removed by anyone to offer more storage space in the rear.
