This pair of early Datsun roadsters are selling together! A 1963 Datsun 1500 Fairlady and a 1968 Datsun 1600 roadster. I've owned the 1500 since 1986 and the 1600 since 2005; both were owned by my Grandfather, who operated a Datsun dealership in the Texas panhandle. Neither car has moved in six years. The Fairlady has a new paint job and a new interior, including carpet, door panels and seat coverings. I have all the parts shown missing in the photos, including all the trim; the stainless was all polished at the time it was painted; it was just never re-assembled. The only known part it needs is a fuel pump, the existing pump died while driving the car from the interior shop to where you see it in the photos. Just before the car went to the interior shop, it had been gone through and put back in running condition. This car was a gift from my Grandfather when I was 14 years old. Odometer shows 83,497; I drove the car for three years from 86-88, can't be more than 500 miles on it since then. The 1600 drove into the spot you see it in the photos and hasn't moved since. It was also a gift from my Grandfather to a cousin, the car came to me several years back when he ran out of storage space and has been here ever since. Odometer shows 888 miles, I have no reference as to accuracy. I also have early service manuals and brochures that will go with the cars.
