All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV or Car Insurance, are the responsibility of the buyer. There will be $200 documentary fee. This partially covers the ebay fees, title preparation fees, storage fees, photographer fees and picking up fees. Temporary tag (30 days) is available for the out of State drivers for $50.
