2003 Mercury MarauderI am the second owner of this Marauder. This vehicle was purchased new in Hanover, Pa by it's original owner; a mature car enthusiast who kept immaculate care of the vehicle. It was registered in Maryland, where it has remained since new. Always serviced professionally and never driven in any inclement weather at all. It was kept in a heated garage and covered. The back seats were never utilized and the car smelled like a new car with a little over 20K miles on it when I bought it. The interior is a rare light flint/light gray. They made only 400 or so in this color, less with this interior, making this a true collector car. I promised the original owner, in his late sixties that I would do the same when I bought it. I have managed to be the sole driver and occupant of the vehicle. The back seats still have never been used! It is a fair weather Sunday driver for me. I had it serviced at my friend's dealership, where it goes every three months for service. It is very enjoyable to drive and handles like a sports car. It retains it's new car smell and without any flaws. Not being my primary vehicle, it remains in my garage and stays covered! The body, paint, interior, mechanical and overall car is flawless. It shines under the hood and on the outside. The car has never been damaged and has been lovingly maintained. It remains in it's stock condition, as it came from the factory. Tires were replaced and have very low mileage. The car was serviced every three months or three thousand miles since new. It was just serviced this week; oil change, fuel filter and chassis lube. The air filter is a serviceable K&N, was cleaned. I have the original window sticker, factory manuals including the Mercury owner's CD. The original Key fobs with the dealer tags and factory floor mats. I am only selling it to make room in my garage for a restoration project. Too many vehicles and space is a requirement for my next project. This is a flawless vehicle and a collectors item. They are very hard to find; impossible to find in this condition.
