Here is a 1970 International Harvester mail/Ice Cream truck I had purchased last year to fix up for an ice cream business. I do not have the time to do this project, so offering it up for sale. This is a M800P made by DYNA Postal Van is a complete project van ready for restoration or customization. It has an International body and GM drive train. It is a six cylinder automatic. The vehicle runs & drives good as well as one can from 1970. The odometer reads 85247 but not sure if this is accurate. We had to replace the crack carburetor with a new Holley carburetor, has new battery, new spark plugs, air filter and oil change. Needs muffler and brakes worked on. Had the turn signal rewired. The body has some dents and rust but nothing a Bondo filler can't fix & repair. Dimensions are: 168" long, 76.5" wide, 93.5' tall. Here is your opportunity to own and restore a 43 year old 1970 Postal Van for private or Ice Cream commercial use. This would be a cool project vehicle with the back roll up door, open inside, and the sliding doors. I have only driven the truck around town a couple of times and it seemed just fine on short trips with some brake issue so I recommend it to be towed home. The truck is being sold in as is condition and will come with a bill of sale. Also buyer is responsible for pickup and delivery.
