1981 Pontiac Trans Am S/E NASCAR Pace Car - 1 of only 2000 produced - NO RESERVE This is a project car and will need a complete restoration. The car DOES NOT have an engine or transmission. I purchased the car in 2008 and have stored it inside since with the intention of having it restored. I currently have a 79 TA in the body shop for restoration and this one was suppose to go next. Unfortunately I am relocating and won't be able to take any of my additional cars. The car currently has the original turbo hood with the lights, the original Recaro interior and all 4 turbo white wheels are included in the sale. If I was parting the car out I could get almost double of my opening price just out of the three items listed above. I have chosen to sell the car complete as this is the limited edition pace car and with only 2000 ever produced and with a clear title I would rather see it restored. Before I purchased the car the original motor/transmission were long gone. Please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions. The left back tailight lens is broken but I believe I have another spare and will throw it in the car. There's rust in various spots all around the exterior as pictured. Deposit of $200 non-refundable via paypal within 24 hours at the end of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid either cash or certified bank check with 5 days.
