Thank for looking at our 1949 Chevy Deluxe. This car is a 6 cylinder, 3-speed on the tree, and starts and runs not much different than it did in 1949. All of the lights work, including turn signals. The heat works. We purchased this car from a man that’s almost 90 years old who was going into assisted living. In 2002, he spent $14,500 on this car for paint and rebuilding stuff, but he did not do the interior. The interior is still original. We have all of the receipts that come with the car. The tires on the car are like new, the brakes are to the top, the clutch is like new and it shifts like a dream. If you’re looking for an old car to drive and have a lot of fun with, this car may be right for you. The body is still very clean, the chrome is fair, and the underneath of the car is all solid, but a little flaky. Take a look at the trunk pictures, and you can see how solid the trunk is. IF you’re looking to buy the car and drive it home, if you get a clear day, you should be able to make it without a problem .The 91,000 miles on this car are actual, and we included a Photobucket so that you can see more pictures than were listed. This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. We need the car paid for within 3 days, either by cash or wire transfer, after the auction is over. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending.
