The FIND OF A LIFETIME, this beautiful 1968 Triumph TR250, was parked for 34 years in a barn, and is just now seeing the light of day. It is extremely solid, with one small rust pinhole on the left upper rear fender and only surface rust on the frame. The right floor panel is solid with very little rust, and the driver panel has some rust and may be used or replaced. The rocker panels show no rust. It has always been a North Carolina car and was never driven in the snow or in salty conditions. Bumpers are missing. Never wrecked, no dings, and I have clear title. I am the second owner, having purchased it from a lady driver in 1971 when it had 10,000 miles on it. Over the next 7 years I drove it an additional 24,000 miles and parked it for, believe it or not, a bad coil. Just never got around to repairing it. It has the original steel wheels that utilize the rostyle hubcaps. The spare is an original, but used, "grasshopper" Goodyear tire, which may be valuable to a TR aficionado. It is all original, and nothing had to be replaced except for the the lower radiator hose. Important for TR enthusiasts, this car has FOUR OF THE ORIGINAL YELLOW AND BLACK STRIPED WATER HOSES!!! Also, I have the original AM radio that will be included, which is important for concours restorations. This is a dream car just waiting for the restoration and TLC it deserves.
