Hello everyone! 1970 vw beetle for sale. The dash reads 53k. Starts first turn of the key and drives great .It has a 1600cc engine and a four speed standard transmission. Goes into all gears including reverse with no problems. All the interior and exterior lights work except the tail lights and drivers side headlight. This car is a great project car for someone of any age, it is very simple to work on and parts are cheap. There is also a lot of forums and a huge community following these cars so help is always there if needed. The floor pans have been replaced on the drivers side by previous owner, but the passenger side will have to be done if planning on fully restoring. New tires on all 4 rims. This car has been recently tuned up. There is a new generator, new ignition (with spare key), and just put in new spark plug wires. The rockers will need to be replaced, they are rusted out. Also there is a dent on the front fender and the driver side quater panel is rusting and will need a patch panel.The front seats will need to be upholstered or just new seat covers. The back seat, headliner, and carpet are in pretty good shape. We do have the door panel for the drivers side it just won't stay on, and we haven't had the time to try and figure it out. So like I said this car runs and drives great but does need body work. Sold as is. And as per request we did relist with more photos displaying the flaws better. Thanks for looking HAPPY BIDDING!
